Wellbeing - Your pets wellbeing comes first, always, I am a holistic groomer so I do not force or hoist dogs to put them into positions that they are not comfortable with.  I will provide your pet with breaks, cuddles and pats to make their experience enjoyable.

Organic & Sustainable - I use organic shampoo & Conditioning products. I am also a sustainable salon so our pets hair will be recycled to make hair balls to soak up oil spills and other materials like craft felts.

Open & Honest Feedback - As part of my commitment to Animal welfare if I can recommend any diet or care tips for your pet to improve their health, home grooming techniques or behavior, I will. I am studying pet naturopathy to help you with natural remedies. I welcome feedback from customers if there is anything that you are not happy with or would like to see as  part of our improvement strategies please do not hesitate in contacting me directly. Customer service is important to me so I will always do my best to support you with any feedback you might have.
